Notes:
I will determine how many pages are needed based on the script you gave me. However, you can also include the preferred number of pages in the request form and I will try to stick to it! Feel free to DM me about this before submitting a request!
No complex, detail scene.
Complex character design will be simplified to fit with the chibi style.
Default canvas size is 1000px*1500px unless stated otherwise from the commissioner.
Default font is Plot Holes from Blambot unless stated otherwise from the commissioner.
If there's other arts you'd like from me (reference sheet, outfit design, etc) but doesn't see on this page, feel free to shoot me an email!
I also accept offer for short-term creative project (under a month work time for me). Feel free to email me to discuss.
GENERAL:
I can draw:
Humanoid/anthro/feral
Mild gore (bruising, lots of blood), body horror
I cannot draw:
NSFW, suggestive, nudity, heavy gore
Mecha
I have the right to refuse any commission.
I, BTBTBtran, the artist, reserve all rights for any artworks I produced.
PROCESS and REVISION:
After you completed the google form, I'll send you a confirmation email detailing the total price and invoice. Once the commissioner pay in full, I will start working on the commission.
I will send you WIP through different phases: sketch, lineart, flat color, rendering. Please make sure to look for mistake and anything that need to be change!
Sketch: any revision
Lineart & flat color: minimal revision like accessories, expression, small pose changes
Rendering: color changes, small details only
No revision after 48 hours of the commission being finished. Of course if I made a mistake/miss a detail feel free to reach out for revision regardless!
COMMUNICATION:
You can communicate with me via email ([email protected]) or on other site where I also host commission.
PAYMENT:
Paypal only (other options available on VGen)
Payment will be 100% upfront before I start working on the commission.
100% refund available if I haven't started on the commission yet.
A 70% refund is available during sketch/rough draft phase.
A 50% refund is available during the lineart phase.
No refund after lineart phase.
Of course, if you have something sudden come up in your life, feel free to reach out to me about refund and we can discuss!
USAGE:
All works are automatically for personal use unless specified otherwise from the commissioner.
Monetized content/streaming: 2x of the total price.
Commercial merchandise: 3x of the total price.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
Order will be finished within a month (actual TAT is typically under 2 weeks) unless something unexpected happen in my life. I will be contacting you if anything come up.
If I haven't start on your order within a month feel free to ask for a full refund. (Full amount might not be able to fully refund due to fees taken by payment processor, but of course will refund the full amount that I received.)
Extra-ordinary order: order with more than 6 characters in one drawing might take more than 1 month.
A hard deadline order fees from +20%-100% of the total price is added depends on how much time I was given by the commissioner. However, I can't always accept rush order depends on how busy I am, and I will let you know.
